Let's Kiss: Kareena and Saif finally lock lips

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are sharing a happy moment on screen. They are kissing onscreen for the first time for their untitled film directed by Renzil D'Silva for Dharma Productions.

A source has confirmed the intimate scene, "Last week, Saif and Bebo shot for their kiss in a Chembur studio. The kiss is part of a song.

The actress who has done kissing scenes on screen before was quite comfortable with the idea of lip-locking with her beau. She even was seen calmly discussing the angle and the intensity with the director."

An insider adds, "At one point it was discussed if the scene was necessary and it looked like the couple had their doubts about the screen smooch.

Rensil looked unhappy and had a word with Saif. The director convinced him to do the scene. Saif in turn made Bebo understand that it was necessary and she agreed."

It took just about five takes to get the kiss right.

Bollywood stars and lucky charms

Bollywood has become quite progressive in terms of its story lines and technical aspects. Nevertheless, when it comes to belief in superstitions, there is no leaving behind the stars. With rising competition in the market, one cannot really blame them but then isn’t canceling ones shoot owing to a superstition, taking it too far? Vidya Balan: (Always seen with a bag gifted to her by Aziz Mirza’s son) “I think whatever gift is given with a lot of affection is always lucky. I can’t a name a tangible luck that the bag has brought but it has definitely brought a lot of positivity.”

Adhyayan Suman: “I am very emotional about the armlet I have. It was given to me by my parents and I love it.”

Amita Pathak: “The armlet that I wear was given to me by my brother. I make it a point to always wear it. Once we had to go to Ladakh for shooting and forgot my armlet in Mumbai. I refused to shoot till I got it back.”

Nakul Mehta: “My parents’ good wish is my lucky charm.”

Aur kya karoon, darling ?

Aur kya karoon, darlings? If I hear one more tidbit about Kareena Kapoorand Saif Ali Khan, I'm gonna scream my lungs out. Aieeeeeeeeee. Sainnf is now being called Mary's little lamb, as he follows the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor all over town and countryside. He scooted off with her to Goa where she's shooting for GolmaalReturns and now he's accompanying her to Australia for the shoot of Mr and Mrs Khanna in which she teams up with Salman Khan. So, why should I be concerned, no? Simply because Sainnf 's launching his own home production on June 1... so er... shouldn't he be ensuring that all goes well etc and more etc.

Saif Hits the Bull's Eye!!!

Saif Ali Khan, the fourth Khan in the list has finally arrived!! The macho man and Style Icon Saif has made it big in Bollywood with 'Race' and this probably has put the icing on the cake when it comes to the actor's long list of projects where he has time and again proved his versatility and that he is second to none! Name it and the actor has done it!! Whether it is the intense character in Ek Haseena Thi, the funny and adorable guy in Dil Chahta Hai, the angry man in Omkara, the confused character in Being Cyrus, the insecure lover in Parineeta, Saif has excelled in all the roles and this indeed speaks volumes for the actor's talent!

Noted trade analyst Taran Adarsh says, "The industry has always spoken of the three Khans when it spoke of star power — Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman. Then Hrithik Roshan made it to the premium list and also Akshay Kumar. These five actors called the shots, commanded the best fee, while their films fetched incredible prices. Post RACE, Saif Ali Khan has joined the club".

Saif's talent has been accepted and acknowledged post his sparkling performances in earlier films, but Race has cemented his position as a star with tremendous following. According to Taran Adarsh, "Saif is the perfect combination of a stylish star and a versatile actor and has worked with the most diverse set of directors like Sriram Raghvan, to Kunal Kohli to Farhan Akhtar, Pradeep Sarkar to Homi Adajania to Abbas- Mustan".

Well, talking about the power-packed response that 'Race' has garnered, business reports have it that Race has captured a whopping Rs. 22 cr in just three days coming close to Om Shanti Om that had opened to that kind of massive collection. Further, Race is expected to garner 35-40 crore nett by this weekend.

Saif Ali Khan is now geared up for more action as the actor has a series of big banner films awaiting him. The actor who has recently launched his production brand, Illumnati Films has been roped in by A-grade directors, Shriram Raghvan, Imtiaz Ali and Homi Adjania for their next ventures. . In fact Raghvan will soon embark on Agent Vinod that has Saif in the lead. Plus there's Karan Johar's untitled venture with Kareena.

Well, there's surely no stopping for Saif, as he aims to go higher and higher..

Saif too old for Kareena thinks mom

Saif and Kareena may be the hottest couple in the tinsel town but there relationship is not approved at home, by none other than Kareena's mom Babita. The actress of the yesteryears is not to happy with her daughter's choice as she feels at 37 Saif is just too old for her daughter. Babita is however friendly with Saif and has never shown her displeasure towards him in the couple of meetings that they have had.

Babita is also not happy with the fact that Saif has two grown up children from his previous marriage with Amrita Singh. Sources close to the family say that like any normal mother Babita does not want her daughter to get married to a father of two. She uses every opportunity in trying to convince Bebo to change her mind.

Babita is often said to consult astrologers trying to find out the outcome of Kareena's relationship with Saif. Both Babita and Kareena's father Randhir approved of her relationship with ex-beau Shahid Kapoor. They liked him and he had become very close to her parents. Kareena however is hopeful that her mom will eventually accept her relationship with Chhote Nawab.
