Akshay to become a 'ganglord'!

The self made superstar, Akshay Kumar is becoming bigger with each passing release, both in India and the Overseas. The actor who is instrumental in establishing new talents in the industry (Abbas-Mustan, Vipul Shah and now Sajid Khan), by giving them their first commercial success, has done it once again. His latest release, HEYY BABYY, has netted an impressive 25-crore plus in the very first week of its run in India (the second best of the year, after PARTNER).

While his detractors have always given pathetic excuses and phrases like, 'only an action star' or more recently 'only a comedy star' for his successes, the man from Delhi's Chandni Chowk (with absolutely no filmy background to boast of ), has succeeded in almost all genres of movies. And that too without big names like the Chopras', Johars' or the Bhansalis' to back him.

We now hear that Akshay is going to barge into the Ram Gopal Varma (the maker who once said that Akki's emotional acting made him laugh!) territory, the 'underworld'. Yes, in his upcoming Anees Bazmee project, SINGH IS KING (some spell 'KING' as 'KINNG'), Akshay, who initially plays a clean shaven Sikh, later portrays a menacing underworld ganglord.

Seeing Akshay's past record, we are very confident that he will pull this one too!
